CITY OF PHILLIPS DONATES $1,000 TO LOCAL ORGANIZATION

At the September 12, 2023 Common Council meeting, a $1,000 donation was approved as recommended by the Committee of the Whole.

The donation will be given to Price County Productions, which is the organization that now owns what was known as the Price County Fairgrounds.

The money was donated for the Historic Barn Project, which was completed in August just before this year's county fair.  The barn needed restoration to its rotunda and re-construction of one wing that had collapsed under the weight of snow and ice when the fairgrounds was still owned by Price County.
