Job Summary:

The D365 Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in D365 Customer Engagement (CE) while also serving as an educator and global trainer for team members. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal utilization of D365 CE capabilities to align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Account and Contact Maintenance: Create and maintain customer accounts and contact information in D365 CE - ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Asset Maintenance: Maintain records related to assets and machine moves within D365 CE. Ensure that asset information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the system.

Corporate Structure Maintenance: Maintain corporate structure information within D365 CE.

D&B Testing & Implementation: Collaborate with relevant teams to test and implement Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) data within the system.

Data Owner: Assume responsibility for data ownership, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information stored in D365 CE.

Machine Code Changes: Manage and document changes related to machine codes and configurations within the system.

Sales Territories Maintenance: Create, modify, and maintain sales territories within D365 CE.

Educational Role:

Educate the team on the sales processes and best practices within D365 CE.

Provide training sessions to team members on account creation/maintenance, contact creation/maintenance, asset maintenance, and other relevant system features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).

Strong understanding of data management and data integrity principles.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of corporate structures and data governance is a plus.
